UTS email account activation 
Neo HR/finance system 
You can view your payslip, personal details, bank accounts, qualifications, professional memberships, leave details, browse and enrol in learning and development activites though neo "Employee Self Service". Please ensure this information is correct.
UTSOnline 
UTSOnline is a web-based tool used at UTS to provide online learning to students.
UTS Research Master (RMENet)
(staff login required)
A research web portal accessed through UTS Research to make research data transparent to researchers and research managers and allows research related information transactions to be made online. Staff login required.
UTS Business Intelligence 
UTS Business Intelligence provides management information to UTS decision makers; access is available to models, cubes and reports.
Telephones
Telephones and telephone support
provides detailed instructions on usage and setting up your voicemail. The prefix for calling UTS externally is 02 9514, then your 4 digit extension number.
Building access
For building access, your supervisor must arrange a pin access code for you with Security.
Emergency procedures
You must know how to Escape from UTS
in case of an emergency. Dial 6 in an emergency to contact Security staff, or Free Call 1800 249 559.
Staff identification/library card
You will need a staff id card
for entry and exit into some areas of UTS campuses, for security purposes, gym membership and accessing the library. For security reasons, when at work, it is good practice to keep the card with you at all times.
New supervisors and managers
Managers and supervisors are responsible for managing work, staff and resources to achieve Faculty / Unit and UTS objectives. Supervisors and managers must perform their role within the context of UTS policy and instruments and the external legal and regulatory requirements. The Leading at UTS program is designed to help you effectively perform your role within this context.
