Developing an information package can be an effective way of communicating with your candidates, particularly if they are overseas.
Your information package should principally focus on promoting the key selling points of the role aimed at creating a desire in prospective candidates to move to UTS.
Other examples of the types of information you may wish to include:
- copy of the position description or statement and selection criteria
- copy of the job advert
- information promoting your Faculty or Division
- pointers to relevant parts of the UTS website
- information about UTS's strategic direction and achievements
