iRecruit allows you to process and make appointments on a Supervisor's behalf.  As well as removing the need to complete and manage paper-based contracts, iRecruit allows you to manage the whole process online, including requesting and monitoring approvals online and sending e-offers for new appointments and contract renewals straight to the candidate's email.

If this is your first time using iRecruit as a Contract Generator or if you would like a refresher, the resources below will help you navigate the system and become familiar with the different tools available to you as a Contract Generator. 
 

Accessing iRecruit

You will access iRecruit using the UTS iRecruit Contract Generator responsibility.
You will need to fill in the form and send this to HR Client Services & Support to be assigned responsibility.

Candidate iRecruit account activation

You cannot offer a new position to a staff member or external candidate or renew a staff member’s contract until they have activated their iRecruit account in NEO. This includes casual support and fixed term contracts.

  • UTS Staff can activate their NEO:iRecruit account through:
    neo→Employee Self Service→My Recruitment→My Applications→My Account.
     
  • External Candidate Registration registered through Jobs at UTS:
