The PM@UTS learning program focuses on the development of employee skills and knowledge through workshops and access to just-in-time resources provided through the UTS Projects website. The PM@UTS Learning Program aims to provide staff at UTS with the necessary skills and techniques to effectively and productively manage small to medium projects and to work effectively in project teams. The PM@UTS learning program is based on the generic four-phase project life-cycle model.
