The IT corporate systems program has been designed to support staff in the use of UTS specific computer systems and applications. Providers from across the University offer courses for different systems in use. These include, Human Resources (HRU), Financial Services Unit (FSU), Student Administration Unit (SAU), University Records, Information Technology Division (ITD) and Alumini and Development. The Online Learning Management (OLM) module within the self service portal is the place to search for and enrol in any of these courses.
Desktop application training is also available from New Horizons Learning Centres on a fee for service and/or cost recovery basis.
Enrolment procedure
If you would like to attend any of the workshops, please discuss your needs with your Supervisor then self-enrol through Online Learning Management (OLM).
Log into the neo home page and go to Employee Self Service. Click on Online Learning Management, then My Learning. Click the Catalogue tab, browse the IT Corporate Systems category for the relevant course and then enrol in a class. If there is a fee associated with the course your enrolment request will be sent to your supervisor for approval.
