The UTS Performance and Development process helps staff and supervisors to plan and review work, to identify development needs and to evaluate performance. It also helps staff make connections between their work and the objectives of their Faculty or Unit and the University. The Performance and Development process is a compulsory part of work for all UTS staff, including staff on fixed-term and casual contracts, and staff on probation.
This section provides information for all staff on:
- Performance and development principles
