The UTS Support Staff Agreement 2010 contains a provision to enable certain casual support staff to apply for conversion to a continuing or fixed-term appointment. Those casual staff who have worked on a regular and systematic basis for at least twelve months may be entitled to apply for conversion.
This provision can be found at Clause 45 of the Support Staff Agreement 2010. The clause describes those staff who are eligible to apply for conversion as well as the conversion process.
How do I apply?
If you are eligible and wish to apply for conversion, download an application form, complete Section 1 and submit the form to your supervisor.
